Fee Structure
The fee structure includes both fixed fees and hybrid fees depending on the type of application:
- fixed fees are a one-time fee for a service regardless of how many hours the project takes (Table 1)
- hybrid fees are a combination of fees that include:
- an initial fixed amount that covers up to 300 hours of work on an application (Table 2)
- an hourly fee for additional hours if an application takes more than 300 hours of work (Table 3)
- a maximum number of additional hours we can charge for based on the product type (Table 4)
- this maximum is calculated by fiscal year which starts on April 1 and lasts until the following March 31
- once we reach this maximum, you won’t be charged for any additional hours within the same fiscal year
- charges will resume April 1 of the next year with the count of hours restarting at zero
