Catherine Racine is the Director of Cabinet and Parliamentary Affairs in the Executive Office of the Deputy Minister of Transport.
Catherine has extensive experience in the management of Cabinet business, policy planning, strategic policy and the establishment of collaborative networks.
Before joining the Executive Office, Catherine served as Director, Policy Planning and Cabinet Affairs within the Strategic Policy and Innovation Directorate. In this role, she oversaw the overall management of Cabinet business, led secretariat functions for the Assistant Deputy Minister Policy Committee and managed policy priorities for the Minister and the Department, including the annual Budget exercise, the Gender-based Analysis Centre of Excellence, biannual planning retreats with the Minister and senior management, and the overall medium-term planning exercise.
Catherine holds a B.A. in Social Sciences with a minor in Sociology from the University of Ottawa.
