Mandate:
The Service and Digital Group (SDG) is tasked with transforming TC services to leverage modern digital tools and data. SDG’s areas of focus includes:
- Providing the digital platforms, capabilities and knowledge required to enable and empower users in the field and at the office.
- Leveraging TC’s data as a strategic asset to help drive informed decision making by the GC and relevant external stakeholders.
- Enabling cost effective and user centric services for the Transportation Sector and Canadians.
- Increasing the resiliency and reducing risk related to the services delivered by Transport Canada.
- Optimizing the delivery of SDG services while ensuring they are aligned to departmental business priorities.
