Witnessing a prewash and prewash exemption include a fixed fee that covers 3.75 hours of on-site inspection. The fixed fee also covers the cost of office work and travel time. If the on-site inspection takes more than 3.75 hours, an hourly rate will be added.
After the first 3.75 hours of an on-site inspection has passed, any additional time will be added in 15 minutes periods. This means that if your inspection takes 3 hours and 50 minutes, you’ll be charged the base fee plus an additional 15 minutes of the hourly fee.

All fees will change based on inflation every year on April 1.
