Issue:
Evenflo is informing the public of a non-compliance for Evenflo Gold Revolve360 Slim and Revolve360 Slim child seats made between May 2023 and June 2025. Specifically, certain child seats may not meet the requirements of the Canadian regulations when installed in a rear-facing position using the vehicle seat belt and tether.
Safety Risk:
A child seat that doesn't meet the requirements of the Canadian regulations could increase the risk of injury in a crash.
Evenflo advises that you may continue to use the seat in a rear-facing position if you install it using the universal anchorage system (UAS). You can also continue to use the seat in the forward-facing position.
Company Actions:
Transport Canada’s compliance testing program uncovered the non-compliant condition. Upon being made aware of the issue, Evenflo began investigating the reported non-compliance.
Evenflo will notify registered owners in writing and provide you with a remedy kit.

Consumer Recourse:
