Laboratories providing analysis or classification services

In accordance with the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Regulations, consignors are responsible for the classification of the dangerous goods they ship. In order to facilitate the classification of such substances, Transport Canada publishes a list of self-declared laboratories providing analysis or classification services in Canada.

Please note that the laboratories, listed below in alphabetical order, are not subject to any review, approval, certification, or endorsement by Transport Canada. Therefore, Transport Canada is not responsible for the quality or the accuracy of the analysis, or the classification performed by these laboratories. This list contains information voluntarily provided by the laboratories, which is updated upon request.
