Compliance reports – child car seats and booster seats

Each year, Transport Canada performs specific testing on child car seats and booster seats to verify that manufacturers are meeting the requirements under the Motor Vehicle Safety Act. The seats are largely selected based on the following:

• New models
• Child car seat and booster seat sales
• Test history
