An administrative change to a document includes corrections that don’t change the conditions or limits of the type design. These include:
- editorial changes (typos, formatting, or punctuation) if the meaning of the text doesn’t change
- grammar corrections
- organizational changes other than legal company name
- corrections that do not change the conditions and limitations under which the type design was approved
No changes to the documents are permitted when replacing a mutilated, lost or destroyed Canadian aviation document.
