AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE & MANUFACTURING POLICY LETTER 31 (MPL 31) ACA / SCA and Supporting Training Standard (AARP) 5009-0-31 dated 2000-07-24 is cancelled, effective 2016-11-08.
The content of MPL 31 is now included in Canadian Aviation Regulations (CAR) CAR 571.11, CAR 571.05 and CAR 571.06.
