Transport Canada issued Maintenance and Manufacturing Policy Letters (MPLs) to help people working in the aviation industry comply with regulations and standards. MPLs cover subjects such as regulations for the maintenance of aircraft as well as training of maintenance workers.
All documents issued after 01 Feb 2007 are now published as Advisory Circulars or Staff Instructions.
