Canadian Vehicle Use Study
To remove the logger from the vehicle on the specified date (approximately 3 weeks after installation), please complete the following steps:

1. Turn off your engine;

2. Unplug the connector cable from both the connector socket of the vehicle and the logger;

3. Remove the windshield mount from the windshield by lifting up the locking lever and pulling the suction cup gently off the windshield;

4. Wrap the logger and the windshield mount in the protective bubble packing provided (if provided);

5. Place the following items in the shipping box for return:

a. Logger and windshield mount (attached together)

b. Connector cable

7. Securely close the shipping box and then place the shipping box inside the return (postage paid) envelope that fits the shipping box;

8. Seal the envelope and either take to a postal outlet or place in any Canada Post mailbox to be returned.
Note:While placing in any Canada Post mailbox is fine it is preferable if you take it to a postal outlet and obtain a tracking number from Canada Post (at no cost to you, since the postage is paid). This allows us to follow up with Canada Post if for some reason the package is lost by them (in this case when we contact you we can just record the tracking number to follow up with Canada Post).
While placing in any Canada Post mailbox is fine it is preferable if you take it to a postal outlet and obtain a tracking number from Canada Post (at no cost to you, since the postage is paid). This allows us to follow up with Canada Post if for some reason the package is lost by them (in this case when we contact you we can just record the tracking number to follow up with Canada Post).
