Sign-in process on the Transportation Security Services platform using your sign-in partner

This video will show you how to sign in using your Sign-in Partner. This is your first step to signing into the transportation Security Services platform and completing your Transportation Security Clearance Application.

You will have received an e-mail inviting you to sign up to your Transportation Security Services account.

The email will show the steps you need to take and give you your Invitation Code.

You will have four days to complete this process.

The link in the body of the email takes you to the Transportation Security Services web site to start the process.

Choose your language.

Next, you’ll be prompted to sign in by choosing between signing in with GCKey or by using a Sign-in Partner. In this video, we will show you how to sign in using a Sign-in Partner.

Select English or French on the Interac sign-in service page.

Read and accept the Interac sign-in service terms of use.

Choose your financial institution by clicking on the logo on the screen.

If you don’t see your financial institution listed, you will need use a GC key.

You will find a tutorial video in the invitation e-mail.

Please note: The information you enter (e.g. username, password) and the identity of the financial institution are not shared with the Government of Canada. No personally identifying information or banking details are ever shared.

Use your usual username or card number and a password as you sign in.
