Order Prohibiting the Development of an Aerodrome in the Municipality of Saint-Roch-de-l’Achigan, No. 2

Whereas 11316753 Canada Association has informed the Minister of Transport of its intent to develop an aerodrome in the Municipality of Saint-Roch-de-l’Achigan, in Quebec;

And whereas the Minister is of the opinion that the proposed development of the aerodrome is not in the public interest;

Therefore, the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 4.32^{Footnote a} and subsection 5.9(4)^{Footnote b} of the Aeronautics Act^{Footnote c}, makes the annexed Order Prohibiting the Development of an Aerodrome in the Municipality of Saint-Roch-de-l’Achigan, No. 2.

Prohibition

1 11316753 Canada Association must not develop an aerodrome within the limits of the Municipality of Saint-Roch-de-l’Achigan, in Quebec.

Effective date

2 This Order is effective on the day on which it is signed.

Repeal

3 The Order Prohibiting the Development of an Aerodrome in the Municipality of Saint-Roch-de-l’Achigan, made on August 29, 2019, is repealed.
