And whereas the Minister of Transport believes that the Interim Order is no longer required to deal with a significant risk, direct or indirect, to aviation safety or the safety of the public;

Therefore, the Minister of Transport makes the annexed Order Repealing the Interim Order Respecting Certain Requirements for Civil Aviation Due to COVID-19, No. 79 under subsection 6.41(1)Note de bas de page ^a of the Aeronautics ActNote de bas de page ^b.
