Overall, Transport Canada met the 80% service performance target in relation to the delivery of its grant and contribution programs.
Areas for improvement
Transport Canada will continue to look for opportunities to improve how the department delivers grant and contribution programs. This includes enhancements to the automation of related business processes with regard to the collection and management of required information.
