Whereas 11316753 Canada Association has informed the Minister of Transport of its intent to develop an aerodrome in the Municipality of Saint-Roch-de-l’Achigan, in Quebec;
And whereas the Minister is of the opinion that the development of the aerodrome as proposed in the Association’s summary report of August 12, 2019 is not in the public interest;
Therefore, the Minister of Transport, pursuant to section 4.32 of the Aeronautics Act, prohibits the development by 11316753 Canada Association of an aerodrome in the Municipality of Saint-Roch-de-l’Achigan, in Quebec, as proposed in the Association’s summary report of August 12, 2019.
