2. From April 2023 to present, Absolute Styling Limousine Ltd. failed to maintain and furnish records allowing an inspector to determine compliance for two vehicles it manufactured, pursuant to paragraph 5(1)(g) of the Motor Vehicle Safety Act, a provision designated under the Administrative Monetary Penalty (Motor Vehicle Safety) Regulations, thereby committing a violation in accordance with section 16.13 of the Motor Vehicle Safety Act.
   Penalty: $114,000.00
