How to apply

By delegate

1. Find a delegated design approval organization or representative
2. The delegates will process your application and then upload it along with your supporting documents directly

By email

1. Complete a Design Change Approval Application (Form 26-0469)
2. Email your completed application and required documents to the nearest Regional Aircraft Certification Office or the National Aircraft Certification Office

By mail

1. Complete a Design Change Approval Application (form 26-0469)
2. Mail your completed application including all required documents to the nearest Regional Aircraft Certification Office

After we receive your completed application, we will confirm by email with a project number and the name of your contact at Transport Canada.
