- The delegates will process your application and then upload it along with your supporting documents directly

- Download and complete a Design Change Approval Application (Form 26-0469)
- Email your completed application and required documents to the nearest Regional Aircraft Certification Office or the National Aircraft Certification office
By mail
- Download and complete a Design Change Approval Application (Form 26-0469)
- Mail your completed application including all required documents to the nearest Regional Aircraft Certification Office
After we receive your completed application, we will confirm by email with a project number and the name of your contact at Transport Canada.
