We are writing as a follow-up to our letter sent by email on August 27, 2024. We have yet to receive an acknowledgement of receipt and had requested to promtly schedule a meeting with your staff to address issues raised in said letter. Please advise at your earliest convenience when we can expect to start engaging on this issue, which is of grave concern to our community.
