- Alto and Cadence are collaborating on the High-Speed Rail network’s design, consulting with industry, the public, and Indigenous Peoples, and completing regulatory processes necessary to begin construction.
- Given the recent focus on accelerating the timeline of the project, planning and analysis is underway to determine what other legislative measures and improvements could be warranted and prudent to accelerate the timeline to construction.
