Are the stakeholder submissions available to the public?
In the interest of openness and transparency, the submissions were made publicly available. This is consistent with the previous CTA Review in 2000-2001 as well as other federal reviews.
Is the Government of Canada required to implement all of the Report recommendations?
The Government is carefully considering the Report’s findings and any actions required to further strengthen the long-term safety, efficiency and competitiveness of Canada’s transportation system.
