Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (CMVSS)
The Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (CMVSS) are created as sections within the Motor Vehicle Restraint Systems and Booster Seat Safety Regulations (Parts 2 to 6), the Motor Vehicle Safety Regulations (Schedule IV, Schedule V.1 and Schedule VI) and the Motor Vehicle Tire Safety Regulations (Parts 3 to 5).
