Discussion Paper
Stakeholders are invited to comment on any aspect of the Nairobi International Convention on the Removal of Wrecks, 2007, however, specific response would be appreciated to the following questions:
1. Should Canada accede to the Nairobi Convention?
2. If Canada were to accede to the convention, should Canada apply the Nairobi Convention to its internal waters and territorial sea?
