I use two different GCKey accounts as my login for multiple applications and now I am confused
You will need to contact Transport Canada Service Desk to resolve this issue.
I can’t use my two-factor authentication method (lost, broken or stolen device / deleted or re-installed authenticator app)
When you registered your two-factor account you were given recovery codes and told to print them or write them down. If you’ve reinstalled your authenticator app, or if your mobile device or security key is lost or damaged, then the only way to recover your two-factor account is by using one of these recovery codes.
Step 1: Find the 12-character recovery code you were given when you set up two-factor authentication.
Step 2: Navigate to the account recovery screen.
Step 3: Enter the 12-character recovery code when asked. Choose a new device or method to provide for two-factor authentication.
