The projects under this Program involve cooperative agreements between defined groups of states, with the goal of achieving a safe, efficient and sustainable aviation system. |

The ultimate outcome is a safe aviation system. Grant to ICAO for COSCAP: The intermediate outcome for the Grant is Compliance to ICAO Standards and Recommended Practices. The immediate outcomes of the Grant are increased capacity to provide safety oversight and International Collaboration on funding capacity building projects. |

The Program provides federal funding to facilitate projects and activities that mitigate the impacts of navigation on the marine environment. |
Expected results |
The Program is expected to result in maintaining or increasing participation of vessels in an expanded voluntary slowdown in the Salish Sea and supporting mariners’ and vessel owners/operators’ access to improved information on the presence of whales through the Whale Report Alert System. |
