The purpose of this Special Edition of the Ship Safety Bulletin is to increase the effectiveness of the Bulletin distribution process, including reaching as broad an audience as possible. We therefore ask your cooperation in distributing copies of this bulletin to your colleagues, to ship owners and/or maritime companies to let them know of the existence of this Bulletin.

The Ship Safety Bulletin addresses safety-related matters pertaining to vessels. It is free of charge and issued on an "as needed" basis.

Please find attached a list of all Ship Safety Bulletins published since 1977, identified through keywords in alphabetical order, for ease of reference. A list of all Bulletins issued is also published quarterly in Notices to Mariners.
