Voluntary Program For Marine Security Course Acceptance

The Voluntary Program for Marine Security Course Acceptance encourages marine training institutions and other service providers to submit their courses to Transport Canada for review to ensure that the courses they offer meet the requirements of the Marine Transportation Security Regulations and the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code for:

• Company Security Officer courses;
• Port Facility Security Officer courses; and
• Marine Facility Security Officer courses.
