For example, the Government of Canada is investing in: repairs to Montreal’s Champlain bridge; upgrades to Sarnia’s Blue Water Bridge and Fort Erie’s Peace Bridge; rail safety; and inter-city and rural rail service to improve VIA Rail passenger service and support two First Nations railways’ capital projects in Manitoba and Quebec and Labrador.
