The air operator must have an approved flight attendant training program that meets the requirements laid down in the Flight Attendant Training Standard (TP12296). TP12296 outlines the elements that must be contained in the air operator's training program in order to obtain that approval.
There are several sections to TP12296. It consists of the introduction section, Syllabus, Initial Training - Parts 1 to 8, and Annual Training - Parts 1 to 7. Items that are italicized are either optional (elective) lessons or are information notes and therefore not mandatory.
