a Canadian air operator that leases a Canadian commercial aircraft from another Canadian air operator [CAR 203.02(1)(a)]. |

Upon receipt of the request, Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA) will review the application and supporting documentation. Once requirements are met, the leasing authorization will be issued. |
Requests are submitted to the applicable regional office. |
