Reports on findings of wrongdoing

The Public Servants Disclosure Protection Act (PSDPA):

  • encourages employees in the public sector to report serious wrongdoing
  • protects employees against punishment should they make a report

Making reports of wrongdoing public

The Act requires that founded cases of wrongdoing must be made available to the public.

These reports must include:

  • a description of the wrongdoing
  • recommendations made to the chief executive
  • corrective action taken by the chief executive

Transport Canada’s reports on findings of wrongdoing

We publish our reports under each fiscal year, which runs from April 1 to March 31.
