The exemption includes conditions which address the need for the safe and responsible use of certain UAV systems. UAV operations conducted outside the terms and conditions of this exemption will be subject to the requirements for an SFOC.

The APAPI OPS set at 5.85% provides the recognized obstacle free environment for the approach to Runway 29 for approximately 2 years.
