Panoramic sunroofs are a popular option on many vehicles. These sunroofs are larger than earlier models, and the glass on some of them can cover the entire roof.
Important Caveat: Nothing in this guidance document supersedes any requirement or obligation outlined in Transport Canada's Ministerial Order. It is meant to complement this legal document and provide recommendations and guidance on how to understand and carry out the requirements.

The purpose of this document is to assist Transport Canada in articulating its vision for the implementation of Enhanced Train Control (ETC) technologies on Canada's rail network.
Dear Sir/Madam:
I am writing to advise you that the set of temporary exemptions to certain sections of the rules and regulations, pertaining to the qualification of railway personnel is granted under the notice of exemption X 21-16 (attached).
The purpose of these temporary exemptions is to mitigate the continued health risks involved with railway personnel travelling and assembling in groups to renew their qualifications during the novel coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19).
