You’ll receive an email, inviting you to log in to your TSS account every time there is an update on your Transportation Security Clearance application file.
Log in to your TSS account and read your notifications:
- you will be notified as soon as your complete application is submitted to Transport Canada. The Pass Control Office/Enrolment Site will submit your complete application during your verification appointment.
- you will be notified as soon as Transport Canada starts to process your application. This can take up to 10 business days.
- then, you will be notified as soon as Transport Canada makes a decision on your application. This can take up to 60 business days. This notification will include steps to follow to get your new access card or pass, as required.
