Mr. Johnny May - license number CA067985 Conditions: This exemption is granted subject to the following conditions: 1. The aircraft shall be operated at altitudes and distances that are not less than thos necessary for the purpose of the operation in which the aircraft is engaged; 2. In non case shall altitude be less than that from which, in the event of an emergency necessitating an immediate landing, it would be possible to land the aircraft without creating a hazard to persons or property on the surface, and, in any case, at an altitude that is not lower than 200 feet above the highest obstacle; 3. Before beginning the operation, the company shall determine one or more suitable landing areas, in the event of an emergency necessitating an immediate landing, reachable at the selected altitude with a bank nor exceeding 30º; 4. When operating over the open-air assembly of persons, the aircraft shall be flown in a straight and level flight path within a horizontal distance of not less than 300 feet at all times of the open-air assembly of persons; 5. Except in the case of an emergency, when operating over the open-air assembly of persons all turns and/or maneuvers are prohibited; 6. The ceiling and the visibility must be not less than 1000 feet AGL and 3 miles visibility without any precipitation; 7. No other person, except persons essential during flight, shall be carried on board; 8. The company shall advise and coordinate the operation with the flight service station authorities and other local authorities concerned; 9. This exemption shall be valid for two flights, which are to be held between March 27th, 2014 and April 9th, 2014 over the Salluit and Ivujivik on the flight path described on Johhny May's exemption request of March 10, 2014.
