I am pleased that many of you attended the Open House held in June, and I hope you enjoyed the time spent with the experts and that they answered your questions about the project.
From the beginning, this project has been about helping the community recover from the tragedy, and we want to do it right.
The purpose of this safety advisory is to advise the general public of the risks and dangers involved in refilling 1lb cylinders intended for one-time use only.
A TC-39M/DOT 39 cylinder is a seamless, welded, or brazed cylinder. They are most known as propane camping cylinders to conveniently provide fuel for heating and cooking during outdoor activities and for torch fuel use.

This subpart prescribes minimum requirements for the frequency and manner of inspecting track to detect deviations from the TSR.
