Payments for Civil Aviation Services
Fee payments must be made before we can start processing your request. All Civil Aviation services are available for payment through the Online Payment System, including the payment of Transport Canada invoices commonly issued for medical certificates.
Paying for a service does not mean you have applied for a service. If you haven't already done so, you must apply by submitting your request or application to your regional Transport Canada service centre. Submitting a complete request/application with confirmation of payment can save processing time.

Our regional offices offer services in many different sectors such as certification of people, products and organizations, aircraft registration and leasing, training and licensing of personnel, etc. The majority of these services can be requested and delivered by email.
Where in-person services are necessary, such as for examinations, they are available by appointment only. To schedule your appointment, please contact your closest Transport Canada service centre.
