Update your information
Once registered, you can update your information in the CID dashboard at any time. This includes:
- organization:
- update legal name, operating name, and address
- add a NAICS code
- deactivate NAICS code
- activate organization
- organization contacts:
- add a contact
- update contact
- deactivate a contact
- resend invitation
- assign as a primary contact
- sites:
- update site information
- deactivate a site
- annual compliance
- organization history
- deactivate organization
- online help
- contact us
You will also need to update and confirm your registration every year (Annual renewal).You will receive an email reminder to complete this task about 30 days before it's due.
To update your information:
- sign-in to the database using either GCKey or an online partner:
- Government of Canada Key (GCKey)
