Your application must have enough information to clearly identify which products will and will not be subject to the AMOC and/or exemption.
An Alternative Means of Compliance (AMOC) grants special permission to use an alternate means to comply with an Airworthiness Directive (AD) according to (CARs) 605.84(4). You need to apply for this special permission, and the alternate means you choose must provide a similar level of safety as the part or procedures that are normally required by the Airworthiness Directive.

If the country, you’re applying for has a bilateral agreement or arrangement with Canada, follow the process that has been agreed upon by the two countries.
If there is no bilateral agreement in place, contact your local authorities to find out if what procedures are in place to apply for a Canadian validation.
The documents you include with your application depend on the type of approval for which validation is being requested.
